Josh just recently took the "utensil organizer" out of our miscellaneous utensil drawer while muttering "This is pointless." This coming from a man who could in fact be the most organized man in the universe, which leads me to believe that some parts of a kitchen are better left unorganized.
Oh, and if I were a pastry chef I would be fat. Very fat.

I just spent an entire week organizing my kitchen. It has been upgraded to: Mess.
